Inspired by biomimicry (animal behaviour) our technology Orcanet (tm) came to life - optimising the way technology and animals can co-exist in our oceans 🌊

In Havguard AS we use artificial intelligence to make our underwater communication system auto-adaptive to environmental conditions, designed to reduce:
 
- energy consumption
- emission power
- time the fauna is exposed to communication signals
- usage of frequency bands used by animals to limit disturbance
- usage of sound and light in communication, and more usage of the magnetic field

Our team is inspired by our love and care for animals, and based on that we found ways to reduce human impact on nature, simultaneously increasing the quality of service. 

The Orca inspired us because it has a highly complex and yet efficient way of communicating. Their communication signals are using a complex modulation scheme and is adaptable for short and long distances. It's a discrete and interesting animal 🐋

Our technology was developed based on our core values, and the same values motivates us to believe we have a role to play in developing the next generation #underwater technology 🌊

Welcome to my profile 🇳🇴

I'm Emilie, a Norwegian entrepreneur and CEO of the deeptech company Havguard AS. 

The world-class expertise in Havguard has spent 14 years of work solving problems in underwater communication and sensing. This has resulted in new and revolutionary technology beyond the state of the art. Since the start of our company in January 23 we have had quite a journey; for instance we were a scouted company for the 401 Tech Bridge/ NavalX cohort BlueTIDE, on panel of disruptive technologies in NATO HQ for the Digital Ocean, venture in the selected CDL Atlantic Ocean program and last but not least a company in the Masschallange BlueTech program. 

My background (PhD.c) is from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), as well as the Nordic program for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Karolinska Institutet, University of Oslo, University of Copenhagen, and NTNU). I have two abroad courses (Kings College of Applied Security Studies): one in “AI for national security” and another one in “Wargaming and Strategy”.

Additional to Havguard I have founded Ethica Invest (🇳🇴).

•	Ansvarlig for ledelse og oppfølging av byggemøter samt oppfølging av HMS-kritiske aktiviteter innenfor sin funksjon (SHA).

•	Bistå prosjektleder og prosjekteringsleder signal/delprosjektleder signal i etablering og vedlikehold av framdriftsplaner og budsjett.
•	Sørge for tilrettelegging før byggestart, og at det er kartlagt hvilke omlegginger og forberedende arbeider som er nødvendig å gjennomføre.
•	Oppfølging av entreprenør med hensyn til kontrakt og faglige spesifikasjoner.
•	Bistå prosjektleder og prosjekteringsleder signal/del prosjektleder signal med kontraktsoppfølging av endrings- og avviksbehandling, kontraktstolkning og liknende.
•	Befaring og overlevering av kontraktfestet arbeid utført av entreprenør til fremtidig eier.
•	Ansvarlig for planlegging, gjennomføring og tilrettelegging av sluttkontrollen

Førstelinjestøtte assistent signal. Dovre, Trønder og Meråkerbanen. Overingeniør. Rådgiver til signalprosjekter, tegningsoppretting, lærer ved Norsk Jernbaneskole, prosjektering og andre oppgaver som banen trengte støtte til, samt arbeid med Narvik-terminalen.

Establishes complete project information management system for projects by utilizing @Omega365. 
The goal is to follow a contractual requirement, via the BIM and to a document or a physical object that is documented, tested with MC and delivered as built with follow up on punch. 

The target is to give the project with co-owners and shareholders full control over progress, costs, change management and follow-up of requirements. You should know that you have ordered a Tesla through contract requirements and will be delivered a Tesla, not a car with 3 wheels and an engine that does not work.
