I didn’t plan to work in career strategy.

I just kept noticing the same thing in tech: people doing everything right and still not moving forward. Promotions stalled. Roles changed. New tools came in, and clarity went out.

So I started talking about what actually makes a difference when careers and teams are under pressure.

Before building my own work, I spent years inside complex tech environments, including roles at Harvard University and Amazon. I saw firsthand how careers stall, promotions break, and AI adoption struggles — not because people aren’t capable, but because clarity and ownership are missing.

Today, I help engineers, analysts, and technical professionals transition into PMP, PM, and leadership roles—so they can land high-impact jobs with confidence.

Years ago, I remember scrolling through LinkedIn and seeing people share their wins:

→ New jobs
→ Speaking gigs
→ Book deals
→ Clients pouring in

I was happy for them, but I asked myself:

“Why not me?”
“Am I falling behind?”


I wasn’t bitter, I was just tired.
Tired of doing the work and seeing no results.
Tired of clapping with empty hands.

But something shifted when I stopped treating other people’s success as a threat.
I started treating it as evidence.
Proof that it was possible.

So I clapped louder.
Not out of obligation, but out of hope.

Because if it’s happening for them,
It means it can happen for me.
And if I can celebrate others in their moment,
I’ll be more than ready when mine arrives.

Today, I don’t scroll with envy.
I scroll with belief.
I know my turn is coming, and when it does,

14 years ago, I've came across a decision that changed my life.



We were broke.
No jobs. No money. Just us.

He kept getting rejected.
And he was dealing with things most people couldn’t see.

He bought me a ring anyway.
On a credit card that was already maxed out.

Not because it made sense.
Because I mattered to him.

That’s when I knew.

We were living at his parents’ house.

I didn’t have a green card.
I couldn’t work.
We couldn’t afford to get married.
And I didn’t speak English.

The future looked bright… I thought :)

I am a woman of faith.

God changes everything.

Today, our lives have changed.

We have three kids.
They’re everything.

He shows up for them every day.
That’s what matters.

We have a home.
Nothing fancy. Just home.

He’s written three books.

I’ve spent years working in tech.
Now I’m building something of my own.

I’m a US citizen now.
I speak English confidently.

Most important part?
We’re still here.
Still choosing each other.
Still growing.

Marrying the right person changed my life.

......a Canadian from Toronto Ontario Canada who has spent most of her working years in the University of Toronto teaching Hospitals, and also being a Volunteer for the needy, those with addiction and/or mental health issues, financial etc.,, I found this more fulfilling than being paid, I was asked if I was interested in helping out when Hurricane Ike struck, again I did anything and everything to help those in need and care which I was so very happy to do and also serve this population that were displaced, this is just a little bit............

I worked in Research in the Division of Infectious Disease, at a time when HIV and AIDS were popping up their ugly heads, I assisted in research studies of the patients we were seeing as at this time we and all were very disturbed about this virus and how it was being spread and why the gay population and then anyone , I saw many young beautiful people pass away, but am blessed as they touched my life just as I touched theirs..................and then there is too much to write x
