What started as a coffee shop conversation that pulled me into SaaS turned into a career built around one thing: creating high-quality conversations that convert into real outcomes.

Today, I work as a Senior Sales Development Specialist, owning the full outbound motion across B2C channels for Annuity Association. My focus is simple but disciplined, connecting retirees and pre-retirees with fiduciary advisors who help them make confident, informed decisions about lifetime income, asset protection, and long-term financial security.

At Annuity Association, we help clients avoid common retirement pitfalls by building plans that include:
• Predictable income guaranteed for life
• Safe growth with no market risk
• Long-term care solutions
• Thoughtful legacy planning

My role sits at the front of that experience driving relevant, trust-based conversations through phone, email, and multi-touch outreach that respects the consumer while delivering a consistent pipeline for advisors.

Before moving fully into this role, I led and scaled SDR teams and founded TopMountaineer, a full-cycle outbound firm built from the ground up. That experience sharpened every part of my outbound skill set, including ICP development, messaging, call frameworks, sequencing, objection handling, and conversion optimization across both B2B and B2C environments.

- Collaborated with community organizations to discuss food security for graduate students living in the Capital District.
- Designed and implemented a GSA Institutional Memory Bank to ensure the history of GSA is sustained and remembered.
- Oversee GSA offices and provide guidance and support to fellow GSA employees and executives.

- Created workshops, motivational talks and lesson plans for high school students interested in the STEM fields and character development.
- Created and Designed educational games to teach students about various licensed professions and prepare for Regents/Common Core.
- Supervised tutors and mentors during after school programs and assisted in tutoring the students.

- Provided services to tenants living in supportive housing for low-income families and individuals living with special needs including      
  mental illness, HIV/AIDS, as well as young adults aged out of foster care and families out of chronic homelessness.
- Collaborated with other staff, providers and caregivers in the creation of an individualized service plan for each resident.
- Maintain confidential records, charts and logs for each resident. Draft progress notes following all collaborations concerning residents.

- Assisted in placing 1000-plus clients annually in various work sites according to vocational goals.
- Developed and executed community outreach plans to collaborate with community-based organizations establishing on-going professional partnership.

In my 15 years of human services, within the helping profession, I have served individuals on the micro level and help change communities on the macro level. I’ve gained several qualities pertaining to people and helping them reach their max potential. I have helped others gain quality services that would help them improve their circumstances for long-term development. 

I have a background in mental health advocacy and social work. With this experience, I have a unique perspective that will help me connect with prospects and have meaningful conversations with customers. I am very passionate and know that speaking from the heart will help me support your company. 

I’ve helped many identify barriers to growth and met them where they are, to overcome those barriers. Sales is just that in the relationship building process. I believe that understanding sales and becoming successful in it, is understanding human behavior. Knowing what motivates people takes a great amount of listening and empathizing. Putting ourselves in their shoes for a moment can help us identify their challenges and support them in identifying the solutions.
