What started as a coffee shop conversation that pulled me into SaaS turned into a career built around one thing: creating high-quality conversations that convert into real outcomes.

Today, I work as a Senior Sales Development Specialist, owning the full outbound motion across B2C channels for Annuity Association. My focus is simple but disciplined, connecting retirees and pre-retirees with fiduciary advisors who help them make confident, informed decisions about lifetime income, asset protection, and long-term financial security.

At Annuity Association, we help clients avoid common retirement pitfalls by building plans that include:
• Predictable income guaranteed for life
• Safe growth with no market risk
• Long-term care solutions
• Thoughtful legacy planning

My role sits at the front of that experience driving relevant, trust-based conversations through phone, email, and multi-touch outreach that respects the consumer while delivering a consistent pipeline for advisors.

Before moving fully into this role, I led and scaled SDR teams and founded TopMountaineer, a full-cycle outbound firm built from the ground up. That experience sharpened every part of my outbound skill set, including ICP development, messaging, call frameworks, sequencing, objection handling, and conversion optimization across both B2B and B2C environments.

I am a consultant in the SaaS space. I advise startups with my cross-functional skill-sets.

My experience across the Project Management, Product, CX and Process domains helps with growth, product, management and processes.

I've worked with B2B Enterprise, SMBs and consulting firms to deliver large scale and complex CX surveys, Enterprise client feedback, Assessments, 360's, Sentiment Analysis and other Analytics dashboards.

My experience includes building processes, client outreach and support, project planning & execution, product demos and marketing, and design feedback.

I coach and mentor newcomers to the SaaS industry and help them find their way in a sea of jargon and companies. This includes industry advise, resume building advise and mentorship.

I've also had design, photography and multimedia experience and this helps me talk to people across industries and understand their pain points.
