I know that sounds hard to believe, but it's true. Hear me out...

I got my first iPhone and started creating YouTube videos from my bedroom.

Fast forward 14 years, and my passion for social media is bigger than ever. 

One thing that’s stayed the same over the last decade? 

The power of creating great content that resonates with your people.

I leverage that same principle with my personal brand. 

I don't create content for the sake of creating content. 

I work with my community to understand their goals and challenges and then craft posts to help answer marketing concerns.

I am currently working in the NHS in Communications. This role requires skills for: internal and external communications, overseeing social media for multiple channels including Facebook & TikTok, writing press releases, updating website content, content creation & editing and co-ordinating Trust wide staff engagement projects.

In July 2023 I obtained a City and Guilds Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification where I achieved a final grade of a Distinction. 

I completed a 17 month internship in Digital Marketing at a B2B SaaS company where I have learnt about a wide variety of the industry including: SEM, SEO, HTML, CSS, Paid Social Media, Organic Social Media, Email Marketing, Google Analytics and Virtual Event Management.

I also have a social media presence under the username of Curious Jade. I use this platform to talk about Disney Parks, Mental Health, Solo Travel and my biggest passion of live music & concerts. 

Across these accounts since 2019 I have been able to work with numerous brands including: Disney+, Meta, Dermalogica, Savage X Fenty by Rihanna, Dermatica, Desenio, SkinnyDip London, ModiBodi, LoveHoney, The Oodie, WILD, Kind Patches, In The Style, NA-KD Fashion, LoveCases, Organic Basics, In Print We Trust and Figleaves.

Under this username I have an Instagram account with 9K followers, a TikTok account with just over 4K followers and 2 YouTube Channels with a combined following of over 500 subscribers. I do all of this content creation outside of my 9-5 role. 

I graduated from York St John University with a BA (hons) degree in French & Spanish in the Class of 2021. 

I would describe myself as a driven, organised, hard-working and determined individual who always tries to achieve the best outcome possible in whatever I do or set my mind to.
