- Facilitate live virtual Campfire Sessions where we take private and cross-company groups through educational experiences designed to improve leadership skills
- Adapt training content to each group of leaders depending on background, engagement, class size, and real-time needs
- Learn content quickly to cover new or last-minute sessions and achieve client's needs

Virtual Training Facilitator

- Responsible for developing session materials, session facilitator scripts, and learning outcomes
- Partner with other contractors and directly with clients to ensure content is cohesive with the overall program vision and flow
- Align with stakeholders and customers on long term strategy, arising needs, opportunities, and changes and how we can adapt Campfire content, delivery, and support to ensure their success
- Coordinate with copywriters and graphic designers to create designs, resources, and descriptions for each session
