- Facilitate live virtual Campfire Sessions where we take private and cross-company groups through educational experiences designed to improve leadership skills
- Adapt training content to each group of leaders depending on background, engagement, class size, and real-time needs

- Responsible for developing session materials, session facilitator scripts, and learning outcomes
- Partner with other contractors and directly with clients to ensure content is cohesive with the overall program vision and flow
