If it weren’t for exercise…

My life would be a shambles.

✅ 2-3 full-body workouts weekly
✅ Train all 6 movement patterns min 2x per week
✅ 40-45 mins per workout (incl. 6-8 min warm up)
✅ Pay someone to write you a programme (progress is 10x quicker)
✅ Skip the nonsense. Choose movements that actually build strength.
