Elizabeth Jepsen, M.A.

I am a cross-functional leader who is passionate about building impactful programs. With experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, tech, and nonprofit, I have executed end-to-end programs that enhance stakeholder well-being. I am currently a Chief of Staff and project manager in healthcare, where I drive clinician success and patient health outcomes for a national primary care organization.

Previously, I managed international benefits for a global HR and payroll provider, launching and optimizing offerings across 10 countries. I spearheaded a 401(k) transformation, overseeing a $3B asset transfer to improve retirement outcomes for 87,000+ participants. Earlier in my career, I worked closely with executives to implement people-focused programs, including building a financial education nonprofit that impacted over 1,200 individuals and streamlining operations at a health-tech startup.

Outside work, I enjoy reading, writing, and teaching yoga. I currently serve as Board Treasurer for a worker-owned co-op and am a 500-hour registered yoga teacher. I have lived and worked in three international cities - Florence, Chiang Mai, and Buenos Aires - gaining valuable cross-cultural and language skills.
