Virtu was a boutique Tech-sector focused consultancy focusing on fundraising, strategy & operations, and financial planning and analysis for start-ups. This started as a part-time 2nd job until I left OYO and from a standing start reached £15,000 per month revenue. Shut down the business to focus full-time on my Law Degree.

Notable projects include:

 - U.S. EdTech Seed to Series C raise totalling $35mn+ 
 - Financial analysis and consulting for an online high-end fashion company on Savile Row
 - Put forward an investment pack and consulting with the Founder to raise $250mn from the Gates Foundation, Google Ventures, and more.
- Document review and presentation for the Nigerian Ministry of Finance for an $80mn chemical plant

- Developed and implemented detailed plans for OYO's expansion.
 - Worked independently to plan, shape, and deliver multiple strategic projects, and make strategic recommendations.

Sourcing and executing global Super-Prime High-End residential projects from inception to close on behalf of private equity and real estate portfolios, and high net worth individuals. Duties include:

 - Managing transaction / investment process from inception, through managing external stakeholders to successful completion.
 - Conducting due diligence and effectively contributing and challenging the due diligence assessments/assumptions on acquisitions.
 - Building and maintaining investment models for current and prospective acquisitions, including comprehensive sensitivity analysis.
 -  Participating in investment and strategy meetings and contributing to the formulation of robust business plans for current and prospective purchases.
 - Managing and directing on-site work with full responsibility for assigned projects and ensuring the project is delivered in accordance with site requirements

Started at the bottom as assistant and worked my way up through the firm managing RC Frame and Groundworks projects up to £35mn. Project lead for all projects upon promotion to PM, with large residential developments being my focus.
