With experience as both a VC and co-founder of a venture-backed company, I help fund managers and founders go from 0 to 1. Over the past four years, I’ve hosted 200+ curated events for founders and investors, leading to raised capital, closed deals, and new partnerships. My focus has always been on crafting GTM strategies, driving fundraising, and building real connections that create results.

On the coaching side, I work closely with founders to unlock their potential—whether it’s through mindset shifts, sharpening their GTM approach, or navigating the ups and downs of fundraising. My clients have doubled revenue, raised rounds, and found clarity in the chaos of building. I love seeing people thrive.

Work experience:
- 4 years in corporate finance (As much as I did not enjoy "Vlookup" formulas and ACCA tests, I see that it pays off now)
- 3 years in enterprise sales (I enhanced very important skills: how to negotiate and close deals by making it a win-win for both sides)
- 1 year as a co-founder of a venture-backed company (I lost half of my hair, but learned a lot: led fundraising, sales, and product development strategies)
- 3 years in venture capital (Even if 2/20 is not that fun at a small fund, understanding the fundamentals of identifying the right deal flow, industry assessment, and becoming psychic at reading founders' patterns in a very short period of time is gold)
- 1 year as a Founding Partner of the investor and founder community in NYC. 
- 2 years as a startup advisor/founder coach and a venture partner. Sometimes, it takes you 12 years to start doing what you are passionate about and what you are really good at. In my case, it's connecting builders with VCs, VCs with LPs/Family offices, and setting up fundraising and GTM strategies. In a nutshell, helping businesses and people get from 0 to 1.

It was a pleasure to co-host investors from the MIT and Harvard networks: VCs, Family Offices, and HNWIs, together with Kimberly Sharp, Chief Capital Officer at Thinkhat Venture Studio. 

We had an amazing group: MDs, MBAs turned entrepreneurs turned investors, along with esteemed academics and even Nobel Prize–winning teams. Talk about brainpower in one room.

But that’s just the surface. What truly drives me is working with people who not only worked hard to get where they are, but who also care deeply about impact.

Working with people like Ravi Lam, who exited back in 1997 for $1.2B and is now backing and growing Thinkhat Venture Studio, a team that moves the needle in healthcare and biotech.

Working with people like Sam Perli , who is at the forefront of cell engineering. His work was recognized with the Dimitris N. Chorafas Award, and he later conducted postdoctoral research with Nobel Laureate Shinya Yamanaka. Many in the scientific community consider stem-cell technology to be key to the future treatment and eradication of diseases such as diabetes, blindness, and Parkinson’s.

Supporting bright minds and kind hearts is both inspiring and deeply meaningful, it feels like giving back to the community.

I am very grateful to our exceptional moderator, Senior Harvard lecturer Randolph Cohen, from whom I’ve learned so much.

Money isn’t hard to find. Trust is.

That’s why I’m intentional about curation when I host: 
- Quality over quantity.
- 20 people instead of a hundred. People who think deeply. People who show up as humans, not as LinkedIn bios.

That’s exactly what happened at our Food & Beverage investor gathering, where Julia Pasek from Rethink Food fund shared why investing in food is crucial, a sector that remains resilient in any economic cycle, because people will never stop eating.
The same thesis drives ANDRES SAMPER SEADE, GP at Manhattan Funds and my co-host, who invested in Go Bagels, a premium QSR brand with a steady 15% EBITDA margin, and it’s just the beginning.

And once again, the power of community never fails to surprise me.
When I invited Erika Karp, the President of Green Alpha Investments, she smiled and said:
“Oh, I’m an investor in Rethink Food!”

The loop closed.
That’s my favorite thing, at nearly every gathering I host, there are two investors in the same deal who didn’t know each other… until that night.

But it’s changing.

AI can speed up sourcing.  A data room can sell a vision.

Yet there is no better due diligence than a curated community you can speak to, and that I’m happy to serve.
