Leading a national team of seven (7) broker channel managers, creating and engaging the national independent Medicare broker community in growing Molina Medicare sales. 

Personally built and managed the relationship of all Molina National Partners: Web, Captive, and Independent.

Designed, documented, and implemented Molina's current national distribution contract for all nationwide Medicare Lines (MADP and D-SNP) offered. 

Wrote and implemented Molina's first-ever formal broker/agency release and compliance policy, creating a more agent-friendly production environment while ensuring compliant sales growth.

Created and achieved a national broker recruiting effort resulting in over 3400 new contracted agents with over 2000 "ready-to-sell" for 2018 and 2019 AEP.

Constructed a "New to Medicare" program with critical regional IPA groups and market Primary care groups 

Doubled the number of producing brokers on a national scale within two years, accounting for over 50% of all Medicare sales 

Led a national collaboration between State Health Plan senior leadership and the regional sales to develop a provider-driven conversion strategy ensuring year-over-year (YOY) net membership growth.

Designed and implemented specific local market sales training to ensure all productive, independent Medicare brokers could effectively communicate Molina's offerings in a positive, relevant, and compliantly. 

Personally visited all local markets frequently to provide leadership, inspect market development, inspect compliance concerns, and create new sales opportunities. 

Embraced the local independent producer as a valuable member of the process by developing nonmonetary incentives, increasing double-digit monthly producers in four (4) different markets.

Worked with various Medicare Advantage plans on important multicultural initiatives centered around new member acquisition, including partnering on product design, removing language barriers, and creating a foundation for sustainable membership growth. 

Elevated the company from a smaller regional agency into a top-tier national distribution partner with four national Medicare companies within 24 months.

Designed and documented a Medicare sales training program that empowers a National distribution of independent agents, which remains a constant leader in agent yield, most sales per agent, and membership persistence compared to the national competition. 

Championed multiple marketing initiatives to grow PCP/IPA patient panels focused on membership education and agent referral programs. 

Presented, trained, supported, and drove over 2500 new MAPD membership applications, working with independent agents who were "brand new to Medicare Advantage." 

Nominated by the CEO to direct the design and implementation of a companywide marketing plan that resulted in Top Five in ACA production with industry leaders, including Aetna/CoventryOne, Humana, and United Health One.

Chosen as the Keynote Speaker at over 25 live agent acquisition events in 2015, resulting in over 1000 new Medicare Advantage producing agents for Messer Financial Group.

Played a crucial role in critical accounts, becoming the top producing agency for regional carriers such as Consumers Choice SC, BCBS SC / BlueChoice, BCBS NC, and Coventry for the Carolinas.

Acted as a point of contact for critical accounts and personally worked with the top 100 Messer Financial Group's agency clients, ensuring increases in both sales and profit through proven business practices.

Exceeded corporate and personal quotas quarterly and annually, breaking prior records and earning Messer Financial Group many travel incentives, carrier awards, and additional production bonuses.
