*Created and managed dashboard of key milestone deliverables with focus on scope and risk management.
*Analyzed data to detect trends with resulting initiatives to improve organization behavior and results.

Promoted to position to lead global supply chain PM team (including Haifa and Suzhou) in reducing inventory while eliminating line down frequency, driving line downs from 5 - 10 per week to 1 - 2 per week, saving millions in lost production time.  

*Lead PM for international purchasing initiative resulting in greater than 25% inventory reduction year over year.
*Implemented Lean supplier program, aligning global roles and responsibilities across multiple functions and international sites through the use of tools including process mapping and waste reduction.
