Built the entire app from the ground up and published it to the stores. Today the app has more than 8,000 daily active users in a very competitive niche. I joined the team when the app was still an idea.
Established the entire project management workflows from discovery, requirement gathering, sprint planning, sprint, and release structure to develop and publish go-to-market strategies.
Revamped the Feedme app to the Superfeed app and pivoted the vision of the product. Successfully integrated UXCam, Adjust, and Braze.
Led and grew a team of two developers to a team of eight developers, two automation engineers, and one UI/UX designer in just 18 months.
