As founding COO of a fast-scaling tech startup, I was responsible for every negotiation that mattered — from venture funding, investor alignment, and commercial partnerships to staff contracts, vendor SLAs, and platform integrations.

I negotiated global Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with institutions like Deutsche Bank, OCBC, DBS, and HSBC. These were complex, multi-jurisdictional deals involving detailed commercial terms, legal conditions, and compliance frameworks.

From vendor management to internal restructuring, I was the final point of influence on negotiations that shaped long-term risk, revenue, and delivery.

As Business Director for New Zealand, I led our market expansion efforts, operational strategy, and senior leadership pipeline — while also serving as the front-line negotiator for high-risk legal and commercial issues.
