How do you do this?  
  
Here are 5 ways to invest in your Executive Assistant  
  
1️⃣ Connect them intentionally within your organization.  
  
Help them build their internal network by introducing them to a cross-functional peer who complements their strengths.  
  
2️⃣ Give context, not just tasks.  
  
Help them understand your priorities, goals, and obstacles by walking them through your top 3 strategic goals and how they connect to the company’s vision.  
  
3️⃣ Ask them to co-pilot a challenge.  
  
Don’t go it alone. Invite them into your thinking process by bringing them into a decision you’ve been sitting on and talking it out together.  
  
4️⃣ Give precise, purposeful feedback.  
  
Tell them exactly how they made your day easier this week, and offer specific guidance that builds confidence and strengthens their impact in the organization.  
  
5️⃣ Encourage growth.  
  
Support learning opportunities, assign projects that stretch their skill set, and invest in their curiosity and long-term goals.
