Anutio helps organizations visually see, understand, and grow their people by mapping skills to business capability needs, uncovering internal talent, and connecting employees to meaningful growth opportunities —  making career development planning and allocation of training budget more measurable, tangible, transparent, and human.

My work centers on building tools, systems, and partnerships that remove friction from the funding process, making grant discovery clearer, applications more manageable, and decision-making more informed.

I enjoy translating complex problems into practical, human-centered solutions that help people move from overwhelmed to success. Much of my work involves connecting strategy with real-world constraints, ensuring that technology actually serves the people using it.

Alongside my work in grants, I write and speak on personal growth, resilience, and purpose, sharing insights shaped by lived experience, faith, and the discipline required to build sustainably in uncertain environments.
