Ageism is so real. 

It's hard to believe it's showing up for professionals in their 40s. 

It's really so short-sighted on people's part. I guess they forgot they'll be there sooner than later. Time flies. 

Add in being a female, and it's that much harder in this crazy market. 

I wish that weren't true. 

I have some wild stories that I can't share today. Because they just happened. And for my clients' sake, I won't share them today. 

But please remember, you will get older someday soon. And you may have a wife or daughter who will experience what you are putting other women through now. 

Let's support each other. Age and gender shouldn't play into that at all!

I just spoke to a company that is developing AI agents to replace two C-level roles. 

We are in strange times. 

I really wonder how all of this will pan out.

LinkedIn is going after AI comments. 

Finally. 

This will help job seekers with the Open to Work banner up. Getting those obnoxious comments from BOT’s stating they have jobs when actually they are fake.

tldr: Automated comments - comments submitted to LinkedIn via a browser extension, script, or third party tool, without human action involved in clicking the “comment" button - are not allowed on LinkedIn. Instead, we want to focus on the comments that are authentic and spark genuine conversations.
