Mindly was the software agency where Yera originated from.

My mission here was to create the first PMO and its KPIs, plus manage a couple of software development projects for fintechs in Estonia.

For the first version of PMO we used agile methodology (Scrum), recurrently checking our velocity, rework, billability, and prioritizing needed improvement in regular retrospective meetings. 

In the end, I got also involved as the project leader of Yera's first version development and its team, later converting into the Business Director / General Manager of Yera.

Head of Software Projects (Mindly)

BFG International

BFG is one of the top players globally in composite material components, attending from construction and railways, to military and automotive in every continent of the globe.

Here my main activities and roles were:

- Managed multi-million, international, and complex programs and projects of construction (skyscrapers, metro stations, and marinas), wind energy (nacelles and spinners), and railways (urban trains and metro), from the bid phase to the post-project relationship.

- Acted as Key Account Manager for companies clients like Siemens, Bombardier, Alstom, Vestas, GE and more.

- Led new business development like the joint venture initiative between WindStripe and BFG in Latin America for providing a full hybrid energy solution (wind + solar) for telecom companies and remote areas.

- Participated in several new business developments for providing components to automotive (electric cars, busses, tractors, and trucks), Aerospace, Rails, and Wind Energy and having the opportunity to negotiate with governments (Colombia and Brazil), big corporations and NGOs like the United Nations.

- Managed the risks of global supply chain and procurement, and the relationship with different suppliers from different places of the globe (France, Germany, Hungary, Finland, China, Spain, Brazil, Japan, and more).

Senior Project and Key Account Manager (Construction, Railways and Wind Energy)

Ambev Tech

In charge of a complete division for Ambev (Budweiser) of software products dedicated to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IoT that provides currently software products and platforms to Ambev in Brazil and Latin America, composed of approximately 50 employees divided into squads and into an agile / DevOps environment. 

Technologies & Tools: C#, Angular, Node, React, Python, Firebase, Elastic, MS SQL Server, RabbitMQ, Solace PubSub+, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Team City, Jira, GitHub, Slack and MS Power BI.

Main achievements:

- Agile culture and process implemented at product teams/squads and performance measurement made in real-time (performance KPIs) using MS Power BI and Jira.

- DevOps culture implemented and running at development teams using Azure DevOps.

- Reduced rework (less than 5% rework rate) and improved efficiency at hours usage (90,4% efficiency rate).
 
- We re-created the main supply chain software platform of the biggest beer company in the globe, using Microservices architecture and implementing new IoT / industry 4.0 features.

EUAX is the top project management consulting services provider in the southern region of Brazil.

Here I acted as a third-party project and program manager in different multi-million projects and created project management offices for construction, energy, and manufacturing international clients.

Some examples are:

- Project Management in 2 highway construction projects in Rio Negrinho (State of Parana, Brazil) and the creation of PMO, after an AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis with BPM methodology.

- Project Management and PMO creation for the Tigre SA (the biggest manufacturer in Latin America of pipes and flowing systems for civil engineering).

- Attended international seaports (Itapoa) and electrical components manufacturers (SEL) as a project management consultant.

-Supported in classes and materials for preparing students for PMP and Microsoft Certifications.

Projects and Program Manager (Construction and Manufacturing)

Grupo Linx

Linx is the biggest software solutions provider in Latin America for the retail sector.

Here managed programs of ERP implementation in all regions of Brazil and Latin America for different retail store chains. Each program could involve more than 100 smaller implementation projects in stores in different states and cities in all the regions of Brazil and needed most of the time to involve training and the logistics of a team of consultants.

Some examples of store chains that I managed in the implementation program are:

- Mundo Verde: Biggest store chain in Brazil of natural and organic products.

- Contem 1g: Perfumery store chain with more than 100 stores.

GATI labs.

Managed several projects of software development and ERP implementation for clients of different industries like Plastics, Oil and Gas, and Pharmaceutics.

Worked remotely as full-stack web developer developing back-end for Paylease SaaS solution for real estate (it converted into 100+ employees company later) and, developing web portals for real estate customers from San Diego area and some blogs.
