At Quick Silver Systems, Inc., I oversee the development and implementation of web based software that is built from the ground up specifically for insurance by industry professionals. Our software offers a complete solution for rate, quote, bind, back-office, and claims processing in a fully customizable template based system. I am responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing the operations, and ensuring the customer satisfaction of our software. I also work closely with our clients and partners to understand their requirements, provide feedback, and offer support.
