With a foundation rooted in martial arts, I've spent my life mastering the disciplines of focus, resilience, and strategic thinking. Earning the title of Grandmaster and achieving multiple high-ranking black belts in Tang Soo Do, Hapkido, and Taekwondo, along with being a certified Krav Maga instructor, I have translated these values into my business career. The principles learned on the mat – commitment, leadership, and the relentless pursuit of excellence – have shaped my approach to entrepreneurship.

Today, my primary focus is leading two dynamic and fast-evolving brands: 76 FENCE and Scout & Molly's. At 76 FENCE, we're redefining the fencing industry by prioritizing quality, American-made materials and delivering a premium, 'White Glove' customer service experience. Scout & Molly's, our upscale women's boutique franchise, brings personalized fashion and empowering entrepreneurship to local communities across the country. These brands are more than just businesses; they represent my dedication to innovation, quality, and the success of our franchise partners.

My entrepreneurial journey spans over two decades in the franchise space, where I've been instrumental in launching and scaling multiple successful brands. I'm the CEO of Franchiseyourbusiness.com, where I provide strategic guidance and support to aspiring franchisors and franchisees, helping them navigate the complexities of the franchise world and achieve sustainable growth.

Certified as a franchise advisor and developer, my focus remains on driving the growth and success of 76 FENCE and Scout & Molly's. I was the CIO/Acting COO's right hand person and worked very closely, with him wearing '2' hats.   Had 100% control of diary.  Was part of 2 projects, namely GRG and the BRG wherein extremely long hours were put into these projects.  Arranged Departmental functions, in-house and off-site.  Did QC's on Section Heads Powerpoint presentations prepared in Powerpoint.    Board Papers and Progress Meetings were prepared in Powerpoint.  Worked on Lotus Notes, Excel, MS Word, Visio.  Worked closely with HR with highly confidential matters.

Executive PA to CIO/Acting COO

Calgan Lounge

Was PA to the CEO of Calgan Lounge.  PA duties both personal and work related, i.e. screening of calls, diary control and arranging of meetings.  Did monthly paid staff salaries on VIP with a staff of +- 50.  Arranged work functions when required.

MUTUAL & FEDERAL

Worked as an Assistant in the SIU (Specialised Investigations Unit) at Mutual & Federal.  Assisted 8 Managers and Managers countrywide.  Typing of Investigation Reports, the handling of extreme confidential matters was part of my job.i.e. Police reports, IT Checks, etc  Then I was promoted to Executive Personal Assistant and moved to the Executive floor where I was PA to 2 Executives for 3 years, which included arranging lunches, scheduling meetings, dairy control, putting Board Meeting packs together and the typing up of presentations, etc.

I believe in complete honesty and living life to the fullest! I pledge myself to learning and experience.
