With a foundation rooted in martial arts, I've spent my life mastering the disciplines of focus, resilience, and strategic thinking. Earning the title of Grandmaster and achieving multiple high-ranking black belts in Tang Soo Do, Hapkido, and Taekwondo, along with being a certified Krav Maga instructor, I have translated these values into my business career. The principles learned on the mat – commitment, leadership, and the relentless pursuit of excellence – have shaped my approach to entrepreneurship.

Today, my primary focus is leading two dynamic and fast-evolving brands: 76 FENCE and Scout & Molly's. At 76 FENCE, we're redefining the fencing industry by prioritizing quality, American-made materials and delivering a premium, 'White Glove' customer service experience. Scout & Molly's, our upscale women's boutique franchise, brings personalized fashion and empowering entrepreneurship to local communities across the country. These brands are more than just businesses; they represent my dedication to innovation, quality, and the success of our franchise partners.

My entrepreneurial journey spans over two decades in the franchise space, where I've been instrumental in launching and scaling multiple successful brands. I'm the CEO of Franchiseyourbusiness.com, where I provide strategic guidance and support to aspiring franchisors and franchisees, helping them navigate the complexities of the franchise world and achieve sustainable growth.

Certified as a franchise advisor and developer, my focus remains on driving the growth and success of 76 FENCE and Scout & Molly's. By integrating proven strategies with a hands-on approach, I aim to cultivate thriving business communities and empower other entrepreneurs to turn their visions into thriving realities.

Service, Sales and Sales Manager, customer service focused professional both External and Internal. CarMax Sales Managers are the Primary Leaders of CarMax's World-Class Selling Organization.
• Sales Managed and motivated sales teams to advance and develop their sales skills.
• Top Sales Manager recognition 18 out of 36 months. Sales Managed in 2 stores recognized for top Corporate Sales Performance (Steak Goal) 2 in one store 1 in the other.
• Selected by ATL CarMax Regional Team to Grand Opened (GO) a New CarMax location. Involved with GO team facilitating many different activities and responsibilities of opening a New CarMax location.
• Coached/Motivated multiple Sales Associates to President Club, top sales status.
• Sales performance activities, APR's, IDP's, daily/monthly observations.
• Facilitated Quarterly Corp. Communication meetings and weekly sales training, provided one on one training/feedback, and conducted sales mentor debriefs.
• Presented team resuts to Location General Manager describing successful methods used. Provided detailed action plans that tracked individual sales consultants opportunities and successes.
• Partnered with Location General Manager on critical human resource issues. Including communicating with corporate and regional teams on associate performance challenges.
• Department crossover activities included relationship building for better teamwork, safety audits, security audits, and a resources for problem solving.
• Minimize company waste following and adhering to company loss prevention asset protection policy, while remaining fair to CarMax customers in transactional and legal context. Utilized AIM's hiring software through out the processing of future employee candidates, initial phone interviews, panel interviews, situational roll playing, and the final offer to hire.

Multiple Positions

Furukawa Electric (formerly Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and Western Electric)
Supported the Senior Marketing Managers team:
• Co-Authored article published in Cabling Business Magazine: "Layout and Design of a Fiber Optical Distribution System." 
• Aggressively participated in the marketing team's urgent need to create Optical Fiber Solutions (OFS) new corporate brand and identity. 
• Help created OFS's new on-line product catalog for the Optical Connectivity Division. Product Manage the correct software uploading of accurate OFS product descriptions and image information.
• Successful launch of OFS's 
e-commerce market capabilities going live on time. Website provided the ability to purchase over 2000 optical fiber products electronically by Global customers adding incremental revenue stream to the connectivity divisions existing $60 million business. 
• Participated in the designing and planning of Optical Fiber Solutions (OFS's) corporate trade-show activities. Manned on-site footprints, utilizing streaming video, brochures, data sheets, and product samples.

Product Marketing Manager

Lucent Technologies

• Bell Laboratory's Design Team doing mechanical product design of both manufacturing Fiber Optic Cable and Fiber Optic Connectorization product, utilizing CAD 3D Design Software.
• Projects both in worlds largest Fiber Optic manufacturing facility and Fiber Optic products used in the communication field.
Highlights: 
• ROC optical connector installed in USAF F22 Raptor fighter jet.
• Guoxin Lucent Technologies 40ft round Fiber Optic Draw Towers joint venture, built in Shanghai, China. Project worked in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Navy Fog-V Fiber Optic systems and Laboratory tooling. 
• Cushman cart redesign for in plant safe transportation of VAD Preform quartz glass product. 
• Many other design projects throughout the Norcross Atlanta plant involving Fiber Optic Cabling Manufacturing equipment and systems.

Senior Techical Design Associate

Chevrolet

• John Smith Chevrolet, Reporting directly to New Car Sales Manager and Service Manager.
• Chevrolet Certified Technician Master Classification.
• Responsible for all new vehicle delivery quality control and customer service satisfaction.
• Department earned 1# recognition from Chevrolet Division Atlanta Region for customer service satisfaction.
• Customer satisfaction started with vehicle shipping integrity, complete customer pre-delivery inspection, accessory installation, body shop interaction, and all warranty claims from delivery up to 1500 miles.
• Managing between departments, Body Shop, Parts, Sales, and Service for quicker execution.
 • Hiring, Coaching, and Training, of associates for High Retention.
• Supervised seven auto technicians. 
• Installation of customer requested accessory equipment.
