My Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Spearhead strategic partnership development with EV charger OEMs, EV manufacturers, Charge Point Operators, fleet operators, government agencies, and infrastructure firms to expand Kazam’s market footprint.

2. Lead end-to-end deal execution—from crafting tailored proposals and commercial models to negotiating contracts and closing agreements—ensuring optimal terms for both Kazam and our partners.

3. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate customer needs into compelling feature roadmaps, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies.

4. Leverage my 7+ years of EV charging industry insight and the credibility of authoring 'Let’s ChargeUp India' to position Kazam as a trusted thought leader at conferences, webinars, and stakeholder roundtables.

5. Manage key accounts post-sale, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, driving high adoption rates, and uncovering upsell or cross-sell prospects.
