It was great attending this year's Podfest Multimedia Expo in Orlando, FL. The podcasting space is booming, as evidenced by the number of podcasters in attendance and the diversity of shows being produced.

3. Creators as the content engine  

Creators are now the primary content engine, with AI helping scale, repurpose, and personalize their content across owned and paid channels.

4. Measurement is maturing  

Brands are moving beyond vanity metrics and last-click sales to frameworks that balance reach, resonance, and reaction, plus sentiment and conversation quality.

Implemented the Business Relationship discipline within Information Technology. 
Defined and executed process to align Information Technology with enterprise strategic plan. 
Created metrics program aggregating all application change requests in order to provide delivery progress back to the business unit managers. Developed Project Justification, Project Charters, Business Cases, and Statements of Work across enterprise for projects ranging from $100M to over 15MM. Established high degree of customer satisfaction evidenced in the feedback from internal customer survey showing 96% of business leaders were very satisfied with Business Relationship Manager and overall performance of Application Services Group.
Implemented IT demand management process and system to track all projects and change requests, improving throughput by 35%.

Reported directly to CIO, managed staff of seven project managers and senior business analysts. Responsible for directing all application initiatives related to Lending, Finance and HR applications.

Managed $15 MM strategic initiative to upgrade First Charter’s deposit and loan platform systems. Lead cross-functional team including leaders from Community Bank, Operations, Risk Management, Learning and Development and Information Technology.
