The hard truth? Consumers don't trust "influencers" anymore. They trust expertise and connection. Authenticity not as a vague "vibe," but as a rigorous framework built on five non-negotiable dimensions:

- Expertise: Do they actually know what they are talking about?
- Connectedness: Is the engagement real or performative?
- Integrity: Are their values consistent over time?
- Originality: Are they creating or just copying?
- Transparency: Is the commercial motive clear?
