Sales Finance Manager

BraunAbility

Leader responsible for FP&A and Cost Accounting functions, COGS and P&L Management, Cost Control and Variance Analysis.
* Responsible for financial modeling analysis of large outsourcing project, saving $12M in 4 years.
* Developed an automated segmented P&L down to EBITDA, providing to senior management more accuracy, accountability and clarity, besides less time spent on manual allocation.
* Responsible for Financial Management and Cost Accounting functions, managing COGS, month-end reporting, financial planning and monthly sales and business opportunities review, following GAAP and SOX procedures and documentation.
* Created dashboards that improved overall headcount productivity in 5% and lowered spending in $2M a year.
* Saved $2.5M in potential E&O risks through inventory data analysis and correct ECR management. 
* Prepared metrics and tracking systems such as HPU, Headcount productivity, Cost per Unit, among others to improve operations.
* Work along with Engineering and Product Development on Costing Analysis for new product launches, ensuring targets are met and costs are thoroughly added to the BOM and BOO.
* Responsible for the introduction of Price-Volume-Mix analysis as part of the P&L statement reports to the Board, which helped Sales to define better strategies for the sales teams around the country.
* Worked with Sales and Product Portfolio on Pricing and Project Analysis.
* Implemented formal policies to treat E&O, working with Material Control on regular cycle counts and Inventory segregation to define Production and Service inventory levels.
* Worked with Customer Service and Quality on initiatives to reduce Warranty cost related to line damages/defective products with the introduction of Six Sigma Program.

Senior Manager of Cost Analytics

Owner of implementation of Oracle Crystal Ball along with Epicor MPS for production forecasting, improving customer fulfillment service levels from 92% to 97.5% and enhancing Purchasing visibility from a window of 2 weeks to 3 months.
Responsible to be the bridge between the US and Brazilian operations for a recently acquired company in which I led a team to structure, build and implement Sales Forecasting, S&OP, Demand and Production Planning and Product Portfolio processes through influencing and fostering a cultural change. The project resulted in 80% reduction on OT, 20% reduction on HPU, 10% increase in sales, 6% improvement in DSI as well as healthier P&L and BS.
Coordinate monthly S&OP analysis in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing in order to optimize resources and reach the service levels.
Organized the process of chassis sourcing, procurement and planning for the different types of conversions offered by the company, in a way to always keep the optimal levels of unstarted, WIP and FG vehicles in the lots.
Support to initiatives and strategies through inventory management and inventory optimization for Finished Goods.
Support to Engineering with BOM manipulation, Product Configuration and SKU Creation.

Responsible for the pricing, financial and profitability evaluation of projects of big companies such as McDonald’s, Petrobrás and Mapfre, bringing to the company revenues of more than $200 MM.
Supplied commercial and engineering areas with financial tools, creating speed in decisions on 85% of all negotiations.
Collaborated in cost containment programs in order to optimize the capex and opex budget.

Pricing and Financial Analysis Manager

Leveraged the optical fiber portfolio pricing, generating an incremental annual revenue of $1.5 MM.
Created, with sales and operations, the optimization of default filter systems, expanding by about 7% the available public.
Coordinated the launch of Fiber Optic TV (SMEs Segment), creating incremental revenues of about $2.1 MM in 2011.
Collaborated with consultants from Booz & Allen, in the identification and creation of an offer matrix of voice, cable and internet, leveraging the average revenue per user (ARPU) in about 9% and halting the churn in about 1%.

Senior Marketing Analyst

Provided the adequate pricing tool to a team of more than 100 people, increasing the sales by about 5%.
Participated in a Black Belt Project of improvements in the “last mile” (transmission) utilization, optimizing costs in 1% and public in 5%.
Performed a method to evaluate clients according to their default profile based on a credit filter ranking system of performance, avoiding losses to the company of about $3 MM per year.

Provided the financial analysis (Business Plan) to partnerships of Icatu Hartford with Banco Votorantim and Hedging Griffo to sales of pension funds, bringing to the company a portfolio of about $ 6.2 MM from high income clients.
Developed a program of partnership with Banco de Brasília to sell pension funds increasing the sales by about 7%.
Maximized the portability of pension funds from different banks to the company’s portfolio of about $4.8 MM in a year.

Lowered the percentage of complaints of the massive clients of the branch office from a ranking of 7 to 2 (10 to 1 scale).
