Most ecom founders are busy.

But busy doing what?

There's a simple test I use when I need to cut through the noise and figure out what actually matters right now:

Imagine someone pulls you out of your normal routine, locks you in a room with a laptop and internet, and tells you — you have 30 days to generate revenue. That's it.

What do you work on?

Because I'll bet it's different to what you worked on today.

That gap? That's the prioritization problem.

I made this mistake for almost a year.

We were selling out of product every second month. Couldn't keep stock on the shelves.

And I was spending my time on marketing.

Not because I'm stupid. Because fixing supply chain felt unfamiliar and uncomfortable — so my brain just refused to look in that direction.

Meanwhile, I was capped. Month after month.

The problem wasn't effort. The problem was I was solving the wrong problem really well.

Here's what I've learned:

Running an ecom brand is just a series of problems to solve.

The job isn't to do everything. It's to identify the most critical problem standing between you and your goal — and knock it down.

Ask yourself "why" enough times and the real bottleneck surfaces.

Why aren't we growing faster? → Why is revenue stalling? → Why are we always out of stock? → Oh. Supply chain.

That's the work.

One more thing worth saying:

A priority cannot be to learn something.

A priority is to ship something. To finish something. To put something into the world today that wasn't there yesterday.

Learning feels productive. It's often just procrastination with better branding.

•Turned raw data about channel partners into relevant decision-making material for senior executives.

Cellwize (Now Part of Qualcomm)

•Orchestrated sales enablement for target markets (within Latam), developing positioning and messaging. Achieving sales goals of $3M in Telecom automation and IoT over major cellphone operators in Latin America. 
•Managed presentations, meetings, trials, and RFPs, including customers visit over emerging markets.
•Mapped opportunities studying market needs and generated business over Automation solutions, Analytics and IoT.
•Owned the partner ecosystem and channel strategy over emerging Latin America.

Business Development Manager - LATAM 

•Developed new product feature and functionality in partnership with Engineering, providing use-case examples to R&D and acted as the primary bridge between customer and HQ.
•Cooperated with the specialized global business development/sales team to drive Cisco's unlicensed (SP WIFI) and licensed (3G/4G LTE) small cell and SON automation solutions into LATAM operator environment. Working closely with major operators of Latam on the entire cycle of sales.
•Cultivated a proactive and efficient relationship and partnership with the client’s technical leads (and decision-makers). Owning responsibility for the growth and protection of market share/revenues.
•Collaborated my team that sold over $30M of 2G,3G,4G Wireless SON Networks, Services, and Small Cell products in the Latin America market. Key customers included: TelCel - Mexico, America Movil, Telefonica, TIM – Brazil/Argentina, Claro Chile, Argentina, Peru and others in Latin America. 

Accomplishments:
-Started a pilot in Brazil  that was scaled to the whole region (Latam) and rose $5.0M in new opportunities
-Deployed innovative educational solutions in Brazil by changing the global training course, mainly focusing on LATAM needs. In the first pilot closed $1.2M deals and rose $2.0M in new opportunities. Supported the implementation in the whole region (Latam).
