¨As a dedicated and experienced professional with a deep passion for mental health and trauma recovery, I specialize in empowering individuals to overcome anxiety, depression, PTSD, and dissociation. With a unique background blending psychology, trauma coaching, and office administration, I’ve developed a comprehensive skill set that allows me to provide meaningful support to mental health professionals and trauma survivors. My mission is to foster resilience and personal growth, especially for frontline workers like medical students, nurses, and therapists, who often face intense emotional challenges in their demanding roles.

As the owner of Metamorphosis Counseling and Wellness Center LLC, I work closely with clients to create personalized trauma recovery plans. I utilize proven therapeutic approaches such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), EFT Tapping, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals address their limiting beliefs and heal from past traumas. I also lead engaging webinars, speak at conferences, and host seminars specifically designed for mental health professionals and trauma survivors. These events focus on providing tools, resources, and strategies to manage stress, cultivate emotional resilience, and create a balanced, fulfilling life.

In addition to my counseling and coaching expertise, I have extensive experience in administrative support roles within a variety of sectors, including law, real estate, and healthcare. This combination of professional backgrounds gives me a unique edge in understanding the day-to-day challenges faced by mental health professionals and organizations. I bring strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, ensuring smooth operations and efficient client care while maintaining confidentiality in all matters.

Currently, I’m expanding my reach through workshops and support groups, where I lead meaningful conversations around trauma, healing, and mental health resilience. Whether working with individuals or groups, my goal is to offer support that empowers, educates, and inspires others to heal, grow, and thrive in their professional and personal lives. I am always looking for new opportunities to collaborate, share insights, and make a positive impact in the mental health and trauma recovery field.
