I manage the GCC Loan Syndication & Distribution business within QNB Global Structured Finance, bringing over 20 years of experience in syndicated and structured finance. I work closely with coverage, product, risk and legal teams to deliver syndication expertise for financial institutions, sovereign and government-related entities, and major corporates.

Beyond the GCC, I support QNB branches, subsidiaries and affiliates in South-East Asia and Europe (including London), providing structuring and syndication support on QNB-led financings and helping them connect to our global network of relationship banks and institutional investors.

Over my career I have originated and distributed more than US$40 billion equivalent in syndicated loans across power, telecoms, real estate and hospitality—combining conventional and Islamic liquidity and working with multilaterals and leading regional and international financial institutions.
