Narrowly escaping the NYC blizzard for a couple of days in the desert was exactly what I needed.

We hosted an incredible ladies’ dinner filled with smart, powerhouse women who are shaping this industry. Shoutout to Brij, Gamma Waves, Social Snowball ☃️ , and DigitalGenius for sponsoring alongside us! 💫 

We had a little bit of friendly competition at FUEGO.io's pickleball event. Please note my marked improvements from Shoptalk, I got SOME of my serves in the right place. 🏓 

I held court (or maybe just held a cosmo) at the JW Marriott lobby bar and got to hug so many internet friends IRL. Truly the best part. Well, that and Gina and I negotiating with a kick line, but that's going to be its own post, so...

Grateful for the partners who show up and the friends who make work feel like fun! 🥂

The Stay AI team had a rootin’ tootin’ time hosting a hat-crafting happy hour with Kintsugi at FM Western yesterday. And WOW did y’all show up! From feathers and fringe to branding irons and ALL the pink, I absolutely loved everyone's hats. (Also, it took me forever to decide what I wanted on this hat, so pls compliment it thx) 🤠 

I have to shoutout one of our favorite customers, Cann, who brought the drinks and vibes! And of course, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and made it so special. Y’all are the reason these events are so much fun. 💫

Working in tech, you don’t always expect to be surrounded by women in leadership. Which is why I'm honored to work at a company where some of the most important seats at the table are held by inspiring women. 🌸 

Gina, our fearless leader! I have so much respect and admiration for everything she’s done to build Stay AI into what it is today. Despite her incredibly busy schedule, she’s always taken the time to invest in my growth. Forever grateful to be the other half of our dynamic duo!! 👯‍♀️ 

Huge shoutout to Karin, our Director of Product; Victoria, our VP of Finance; and Stephanie, our CTO. Absolute powerhouses who lead, build, and push all of us to be better every single day. Not to mention all the other incredible women who contribute to making Stay THE best subs platform out there ✨ 

Outside of the epic ladies of Stay, HUGEEEE shoutout to the amazing women I collaborate with across all of our partners. This job is so fun BECAUSE of you! (Love to the ecom baddies) 🥂 

Lastly, I'd be remiss not to mention my mom here. Her mantra of "work hard, have fun" is quite literally the basis of my career. (And also, she takes credit for me going into the events space because when I was in 8th grade, that's what she told my guidance counselor I should do. So thank you, mom!!! You are a visionary!!) 💌 

Feeling very lucky this Women’s Day (okay, it's the day after oops) to be surrounded by women who are leading the way and lifting everyone around them up while they do it. 💫
