As Course Quality Responsible (CQR) it is my task to ensure standardized ways of teaching, developing new learning material and practical activities as well as guidance and support documents für new Instructors.

As Lean Six Sigma Instructor (Greenbelt Level) I conduct Workshops at different Universities across Europe in the name of ESTIEM. 

The Basis of the course is the DMAIC-Cycle that is taught by a combination of theorical knowledge and application in two different major case studies.

I teach how to properly define the boundaries of a LeanSixSigma project, how to conduct MSA, EDA and Process Mapping and walk students through the process of root cause and risk analysis. The course content has been developed by Dr. Gregory H. Watson. 

These workshops include the sharing of knowledge on quality engineering, process optimization and teaching structured problem solving to other industrial engineers.

As a fellow of the first beVisioneers cohort, I had the privilege of developing myself in three areas: 
- personal sustainability 
- venture sustainability 
- environmental sustainability 

Together with 99 other fellows from across Europe, South Africa and India I pushed my climate tech project further. On this journey, I was accompanied by my venture coach Abhijit Sinha and my mentor Ola Källenius.

The topic of my Bachelor thesis covers investigations on laser pre-scanning processes of zinc-coated steels to increase process performance of welding. 

The complex process environment and the plethora of input variables required to break down the problem with a systematic approach. Relying on my profound knowledge of LeanSixSigma methods for problem solving and applying the DMAIC-Cycle, I was able to define the mandatory conditions for successful pre-scanning by laser beam.
