- 8 week support to the Milwaukee Tool Distribution Center in OB Mississippi USA as Picker in operations shopfloor.

Test Engineer

- Lead the Axle assembly line to accomplish Production and Quality requirements.
- Production record in 2018 at John Deere from 12 000 to 21 000 Axles per year.
- Monitoring mechanical and hydraulic specifications in workstations.
- Maintenance requirements using SAP system (P1/P3 Request). 
- Improve productivity, scrap reduction and downtime.
- Coordinate the Axles repair process at the Failure Analysis Center.
- Participation in the CI team improving the assembly workstations (Continuous Improvement).
- Root cause analysis on Product Quality & Assembly issues.
- Corrective actions derivate from client non conformance ENC and back up with evidence in Deere system (NCCA).
- Launch & Repair process for product in AMES software.
- Workforce management of 50 technicians (training & payroll in KRONOS).
- PO (purchase order) in SAP system.

Axle Assembly Facilitator

- Process and product quality assurance through fixture design and testing for GM General Motors ignition coils.
- Update the control plan and Operational Methods sheet for GEN IV Ignition coils assembly line.
- Weekly scrap monitoring to meet goals.
