After 14 years in corporate America, I learned two truths:

As an athlete, I also learned the discipline of training, recovery, and longevity. Those two paths, corporate and athlete, led me here.

The Solution
I founded HUMN, a first-of-its-kind wellness club designed to integrate performance, recovery, coworking, media, and longevity under one roof. Our model blends physical space with digital reach, giving ambitious professionals and creators the tools to maximize both their healthspan and their work.

The Vision
We’re starting in Denver, opening May 2026, with a model designed to scale nationwide. Our goal is to redefine the wellness industry and create the leading platform where health, work, and community converge.
