At CedCommerce, I own the go-to-market strategy, partner relations, and product ops across our leading Shopify apps, including the Amazon Channel, MCF Connector, and Shein integration. I work closely with Amazon’s engineering and marketing teams to align product features with seller needs and lead internal execution across CS, BD, and Product.

Before this, I led GTM and onboarding strategy at OrangeMantra, where I built partner segmentation models, enterprise onboarding flows, and client success dashboards for improved retention and cross-selling. I began my career at Adreno Technologies, moving from inside sales to strategic partnerships, developing proposals, escalation systems, and global customer success processes.
