Sure, but have you ever audited your unit economics of your SaaS?

Last Friday, I was on a sales call with a potential client.

He said, “We tried ads before. It never works.”

Others would go defensive immediately. I didn’t.

Instead, I tried to understand the underlying reason behind his judgement against ads.

Turns out his previous “ads” team never did a PNL and unit economics audit prior to running ads for them.

I pulled out our profit calculator sheet and started running him through his SaaS economics.

He saw the exact reason why he couldn’t make any profit. His unit economics were designed for failure.

So I went ahead and made him a custom offer he can run in the front end to let his business profitably run ads and scale faster.

You: "Perfect. Let's book our next call now for 14 days from today."

Then between now and that call:

Day 4: Send case study 

Day 8: Send relevant content 

Day 13: Final reminder with value piece

This keeps momentum. No chasing. No ghosting.

Your follow-up becomes proactive, not desperate.

Book a meeting from a meeting. 

Every single time.

(Most will get offended reading this. Don't bother if you have a soft heart)

You have one frame to:

Stop the %30 OFF BS.

Video ads are the only format that builds proper demand.

You need 90 seconds minimum to:

- Call out the problem 
- Explain your unique solution 
- Show the measurable outcome

Video ads convey 10x more than image ads ever will.

If you only ran image ads and got bad results, I don't want to see you complain about ads performance.

Because that's clearly a skill issue.
