Carlyn Lawson is the COO of Ty Boyd, a leading executive communications company dedicated to transforming the way professionals communicate and connect.

With over 22 years of experience in business management and a strong background in accounting, she handles the daily business operations of the company, including financial record keeping, marketing, and sales. From streamlining internal processes to optimizing client experiences, she is referred to by the team as “the glue that holds us together”.

Beyond her operational expertise, Carlyn is also an executive coach and workshop facilitator with a passion for empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
