I have experience in Product design (UX design), UX research, analytics, usability testing, product management, storytelling, user flow, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and generating assets and specifications for integration into digital products.

As the Lead Product Designer at Logan Hollowell Jewelry, directed the end-to-end design strategy and execution, transforming concepts into high-impact designs that drove brand visibility and increased AOV. 

• Collaborated cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and consistency, with a focus on optimizing user experience and achieving measurable growth.

• Increased online engagement by 15% through strategic design enhancements, user flow optimizations, and performance-focused redesigns.

• Built and nurtured strategic partnerships with outside vendors to integrate innovative digital solutions, including spearheading the implementation of AR/VR technology to enhance product visualization, resulting in a ~ 6.5x ROI in the first thirty days of implementation.

• Monitored key performance indicators (KPIs), user behavior, and engagement metrics to continuously refine and enhance the design strategy.

- Conducted comprehensive user research using various methods such as user interviews, heat mapping, card sorting, affinity maps, competitive analysis, and heuristic evaluation. Gathered valuable feedback on the current state of the website, gaining deep insights into user preferences and behaviors.

- Translated design concepts and interactions into tangible visualizations through the development of sketches, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
