Rejoined Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC), the leading global marketing communications company, as the Teva360 global brand leadership team member, comprised of Teva Pharmaceuticals and Omnicom professionals. In this role, I was responsible for developing and implementing Teva's "beyond the pill" brand strategy in the first-priority growth markets. We completed global rollouts using a "hyperlocal" strategy. This involved creating a unique implementation plan for each geography based on insights and research specific to that region.

My responsibilities included leading workshops, training and mentoring local teams, and ensuring the delivery of human-centric, coherent, digital-led solutions aligned with the new brand strategy. For example, in one of the world's biggest megacities, we focused on improving accessibility. We provided unique content on our corporate website for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. This included digital services like a mobility map that helped disabled and wheelchair-bound patients navigate and find access-friendly healthcare facilities, pharmacies, entertainment, and other relevant places.

The new Teva brand aimed to present a unified identity that spanned both the company's specialty and generic portfolios while promising even more people around the world the chance to live better days.

Digital Vocabulary – 20th Annual Webby Awards Official Honoree

Self-funded and produced an award-winning educational project to empower people to understand their digital life and be self-aware when navigating modern media and technology. The project was called "Digital Vocabulary," and it studied the ongoing relationship between modern humans and digital media and technology. The idea behind starting this project was simple: our vocabulary determines our thinking, and our thinking determines our actions and everyday rituals.

The project provided thought-provoking content presenting new words, phrases, concepts, behavioral patterns, and simple ground rules that helped people build a bigger picture of the modern digital landscape and our behavior. The long read delved into questions about why we are constantly pulled to the Internet and how technology is changing our social life and humanity itself.

To answer these questions, we researched how the internet and gadgets shape our behavior and define modern humanity. We studied daily internet and gadget usage experiences and researched ordinary users, artists, developers, designers, and even monks. Furthermore, we analyzed and processed technology research materials and thoughts from media philosophers

Launched a new business venture for providing global business and technical consulting services via contractual agreements for a diverse scope of industries. 

Collaborate and partner with business principals to understand business and technical requirements, assess the current state of respective systems and processes, and deploy comprehensive development and implementation plans. 

Build and sustain vital business relationships with senior-level executives throughout the global marketplace.

Town of Chesterton Redevelopment Commission

Recognized for successfully delivering the Chesterton Fiber Optic Network project on time and within budget after inheriting the stalled project. Reorganized the project team and selected a construction company to provide network installation, the utility company to provide operational support, and negotiated the network integration contract, resulting in utilization by 125 companies and the Duneland School Corporation and a 50% cost savings. 

Led  the business and technology project initiatives and consulted on defining projects, scoping, and delivery.  

Led Prepared tenders, RFI, and RFPs for third-party vendors engaged to design, install, and operate a fiber optic network. 

Led Responsible for business analysis, defining the strategic project direction, and coordinating project execution with stakeholders, including town officials.

World Bank Group

Served as the key consultant and project owner responsible for transforming the credit reporting system for a financial institution to address the multiple limitations of the current system. Successfully engineered the project plan and assembled the project team to carry out the full project lifecycle. The effort was implemented on time and within budget, resulting in digitally transformative change for the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE).

Provided technical and business consulting services for the creation of a strategic plan and implementation of a roadmap developed to increase credit access to consumers and small businesses in Ethiopia by enhancing the performance of the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) Credit Reporting system, technical infrastructure, and business capacity. 

Served as the senior project manager on complex financial transformation projects to improve operational processes, technical infrastructure, data quality, and business capacity of NBE, the banking sector, and the micro-finance sector.

CRIF Lending Solutions

Enabled an Italian global information technology company entry into the US market through the merger and acquisition of five US companies. 

Served as a member of the M&A team responsible for completing the due diligence and acquisition.

Effectively led a digital transformation project team throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements surrounding the business entity change, improved processes, new product launch, and engaging ongoing operational support through offshore resources.

Responsible for information technology, including data center migration, application development and technology transition.
