After being a leader in the retail world for more than 30 years, I know what makes teams and companies shine. It takes more than industry knowledge to be successful. Mentors and coaches play a huge role in leadership development. As an executive coach, I’m driven to help people achieve new levels of success through camaraderie, collaboration and communication, polishing people’s skills so they are ready for the next step. 

My goal is to use my strengths in strategic planning, team building, communication and operations along with mentoring experience to make a positive impact.
