Modelling, data analysis and statistical analysis planning for E-mental health project and WHO-World Mental Health Surveys Initiative data using Python, R, Stata, SAS and other software. Application of machine learning techniques in predicting severe mental health outcomes. I also contribute to disseminating research results using appropriate channels including peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations. • Responsible for the Malawi HIS meta data analysis and modeling as well as developing and implementing data quality strategies working closely with Department of HIV and AIDS. Produce scientific products and analytic reports for national and global use.

Bioinformatics and Statistical Genetics 
Worked on targeted whole-genome bisulfite sequencing data, using the Illumina TruSeq-Methyl Capture EPIC Library,  to study the role of DNA methylation patterns in the etiology of asthma and other allergic conditions. The project focused on the association between DNA methylation patterns and allergic disease development.
