AI doesn’t fix that. It just shows you the cracks faster.

If you add AI to a process that already works, it speeds everything up.
If you add it to a process that’s messy or inconsistent, it makes the pain louder.

So the better question isn’t “Should we add AI?”

It’s: “Is this workflow clean enough that AI would actually help?”
