I’m drawn to big, messy transitions, the kind most people avoid, because they’re where value hides.

I’m an operator and investor at the intersection of logistics, 3PL, and industrial real estate. My companies plan, design, and execute large-scale distribution center work: decommissions, asset recovery, white-boxing, and turnkey racking/material-handling solutions. When a facility has to change hands fast, clean, and with certainty, that’s our lane.

I build systems that make complexity executable, scopes that don’t drift, schedules that hold, and outcomes that survive variance. Where others see risk, I see patterns. Where most talk theory, I prefer receipts.

I’m also building what’s next: AI-native frameworks and marketplaces that turn transitions into data, and data into leverage. Logistics is becoming infrastructure. Real estate is becoming programmable. Intelligence is becoming the trade route.
