When one person is known for one problem, they're irreplaceable.

The problem I solve?

This is how you build a moat between you and the competition.

Because while they're trying to copy your voice,

A billionaire client revealed something yesterday.

Most people measure progress the wrong way.

Comparing yourself to others feels productive.

AI is not the problem. 

David Brier says it's something much deeper.

AI generated posts.
AI generated comments.
AI is absolutely everywhere.

And it's affecting the way we think.

I just had branding legend David Brier on the program and we dove deep into this problem. He said people are outsourcing their ingenuity, their uniqueness, and their ability to think on their feet. Prompts are replacing original thought, and many creators don't even notice it happening. 

This is a huge problem. 
 
We also talked about LinkedIn. 

David believes the biggest issue is not the algorithm. It is the wave of AI generated posts and comments that all sound the same. When everything blends together, curiosity dies. Creativity weakens. Indifference grows.
 
David also explained why emotion still drives every sale. If people don't feel something, the message never connects with anyone and the real danger in branding is when people feel nothing.

To tell the difference between what matters and what's just pretty.

They're outsourcing their judgment to algorithms.
Chasing cosmetic fixes instead of fundamental truths.

The Real Problem I'm Seeing:

This weekend, I reviewed a client's rebrand implementation.
100% off track.

They hadn't touched their brand story since our game-changing strategy session.
They loved their differentiator, and quickly went back to their old habits.
Were glib and shallow in their execution.

Result? Zero traction.

Then last night, different client, different outcome.

They asked the RIGHT question:
"How does our web team capture our differentiator 
so we don't sound like everyone else?"

I explained one crucial detail.
Gave them 9 examples of language, tone and reframes.
They were blown away by the clarity.
The simplicity.

They knew this would close deals.
And that skimming over it would lose them.

The difference?

Ownership.
Actually owning your differentiation.
Not just having it. Living it.

Here's what the winners know:

The magic isn't in pleasing the masses.
It's in being unapologetically bold.

Taking a strong stand.
Driving a mission bigger than a pitch.
Being defiant.

And being willing to acknowledge when you screw up.

That's the unmistakable human element.
The part AI can't fake.

The Bottom Line:

In a world of machine-mediated interactions, 
the most human brand wins.

Branding isn't just strategy.
It's ownership.
Clarity on the reframe.
Courage to implement it fully.

Factually, replace safe with smart.
And all-in vs. blindly following the brand manual.

Netflix saw 1,000 ways to deliver movies.

Pattern recognition:
Winners think in possibilities.
Losers think in precedents.

How to Resurrect Divergent Thinking:

Stop asking: "What's the right answer?"
Start asking: "What are 50 possible answers?"

Stop saying: "That won't work.”
Start saying: "How might it work?"

Stop hiring for experience.
Start hiring for perspective.

Stop rewarding compliance.
Start rewarding experiments.

Stop protecting the status quo.
Start protecting the weird ideas.

The Uncomfortable Truth:

Your next breakthrough isn't hiding in data.
It's hiding in the idea you just killed.

That kindergartener inside you?
The one who saw 100 solutions?

They're still there.
Buried under decades of "be reasonable."

Time to dig them out.

Your 98% genius is waiting.
