Drive market share growth via Voice of the Customer initiatives and implementing processes to reduce variability using Lean Six Sigma tools. •	Led Internal Auditor for ISO-9001. Planned, scheduled and conducted global audits at all 14 locations globally including customer and regulatory agency audits.
•	Used Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools to increase first pass yield from 83% to 90%.
•	Improved the customer complaint process by driving root cause analysis and accountability resulting in 10% fewer complaints and 30% fewer repeats.
•	Reorganized the global Quality structure to improve efficiency and reduced costs by $250K.

•	Established regional processes for Internal Audits, Management Review, COPQ, Customer Complaints and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
•	Establish Key Performance Objectives & Measurables, Initiate Process improvement programs and negotiate customer specification requirements.
•	Chair the Americas Quality Council. Drive change and implement “Best Practices”.

•	Develop strategic business goals (short & long) and annual operations budget using ABC cost accounting and standard costing system.
•	Implemented OSHA safety program, established ISO-14001 Environmental program, and RCRA compliance standards for chemical waste disposal.
•	Designed and implemented a Class 10,000 Clean Room for Electronic & Medical Adhesives.
•	Implemented new Supplier Qualification Program. ISO-9001 certified.
•	Coordinated strategic operational goals for Global Electronics programs with Europe and Asia.
•	Reduced inventory levels by 20% and Days on Hand by 10%, while maintaining 98+% service levels
