Catapulted Ford's sale of used vehicles to #2 in Serbia (Ford has never before (or later) reached a position higher than #2 in Serbia in the number of sold used vehicles). These results are achieved with a newly designed and implemented extended warranty of 1 to 5 years for all used vehicles, and exceptional sale service proces in Serbia with the Implementation of a direct purchasing system for used vehicles. Through this guarantee and exceptional service in the sale and purchase of used vehicles, we have achieved that within 8 years the sale of used vehicles increases from 60 vehicles (2011) to over 700 vehicles in 2019.

Responsibilities in the position include a detailed review and assessment of used vehicles received in the network of retail centers in Serbia. Organization and coaching of the sales team, as well as continuous improvement of sales services. Analysis and assessment of market and sales prices, organization of sales of used vehicles. Cooperation with leasing companies and insurance companies. Fieldwork in the assessment of the used vehicle. Tour of Ford showrooms throughout Serbia.

	•	Complete reorganization, planning, management, coordination and control the operations of the Used Vehicles Department;
