• Established and delivered training for new Talent Attraction team members and our hiring managers on interview methodology, tooling, and Topgrading certification.
• Implemented Gem for outbound sourcing and took on the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the first Talent Sourcing Specialist into the new function at Thinkific.
• Provided strategic hiring insights to Engineering and Product leadership through recruiting updates on hiring progress and market challenges.
• Led L&L sessions, AMA forums, and virtual office hours to educate and onboard technical recruiters on our tech stack, Engineering functions, and hiring processes.
• Represented Thinkific at in-person and virtual recruitment fairs and panels to strengthen the employer brand.
• Managed and nurtured the agency partnership with VanHack to support hiring in LatAm and TalentLift to support hiring talent in refugee circumstances.
