I treat people how they want to be treated.  Leading with honesty, integrity, and empathy. While it might just be another day in the office for a recruiter, its a paradigm shifting phone call or email for a candidate. Its crucial to keep that in mind, be honest about the process, advise accordingly, and see the process through their eyes. 

But above all that- I am a father and husband. I love hiking, pour over coffee, and learning new things. I'd be a great asset to your trivia team, and always have a dad joke book on stand by if need be.
