My extern Nasim made me cry yesterday when she said:

“NOW I know what they mean when they say
You never forget the preceptor who 
Not only teaches you clinical skills,
But gives you confidence to 
Truly BELIEVE in yourself.”

A few weeks into her rotation with me,

She stopped questioning IF she was right  
And started explaining WHY she was right! 👏  
That was when she began transforming

From a student…to a doctor who trusts herself! 🦋
