Manager, promoted to Senior Manager, in the Technology Infrastructure and Integration practice, responsible for the development of go-to-market solution, sales and delivery of IT infrastructure and operations projects with a $MM yearly sales target. Designed and executed joint go-to-market strategies with enterprise technology partners such as HP, Dell, VMware and EMC. Offerings included enterprise storage management, business process management, infrastructure virtualization, process automation, and IT service management. Drove practice management activities including recruiting, training, mentoring, and performance reviews,

Representative project: Delivered a data center cost strategic review, followed by a global baselining project leading to substantial cost take-out opportunities, as well as strategic staffing and process realignment recommendations. The assessment supported the decision and rationale for this global pharmaceutical leader to outsource key IT functions, and identified multi-million-dollar annual cost savings opportunities.

Senior Manager

Hired as an intern, and promoted to Consultant, then Sr. Consultant, in recognition of successful technical leadership of multi-million-dollar engagements. Acted as technical lead for the delivery of multiple global datacenter build-out and IT service management projects for startup Hosting & Internet Service Providers in the US, Latin America and Europe. 

Developed expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Information Library (ITIL) and enterprise ITSM platforms including HP, IBM, Remedy and BMC. 

Representative project: For a US Government Agency, led the technical design and implementation of a fault-tolerant, distributed Help Desk solution supporting the Problem Management and Change Management functions. The solution is used by 180 members of the support staff, and helps support the creation and handling of 200+ requests a day, for 3000+ users across 4 regions.
