Currently, I’m Generative Product Architect at Intuit. My work encompasses multimodal, conversational experiences leveraging generative artificial intelligence and language model orchestration.

I’ve worked with globally renowned brands including Meta, iHeart, Intuit, and eBay. I’ve had the honour of teaching college-level UX design courses and lecturing internationally at leading organisations including Carnegie Mellon, Awwwards, Voice Summit, and BrainStation. 

I’m based in Seattle, Washington state and originally hail from the tiny town of Midland, Canada. I hold a BDes. from OCAD U in Toronto, Canada.
